·推荐冷却油为不锈钢及高温合金。
·不使用易燃的切削油。
·消除切屑防止产生的热量起火。
·请使用震动小刚性好的加工设备。
·这些参数仅供参考,在操作时我司推荐,调整这些参数数据根据加工形状、目的、机械性能和运行环境。
·主轴转速达不到时,请同比例降低转速及进给。
·推荐使用非接触式测量装置的精度,避免损伤。
